DIVINE BLESSINGS Today we will be declaring blessings over Kenya by faith • Declare that Jesus Christ will be the chief cornerstone in our Kenyan society (Isaiah 28:16) • Declare that the ways of Kenyan people will be pleasing to God (Proverbs 16:7) • Declare that Kenya will be a fruitful and productive nation (Genesis 1:28) • Declare that Kenya shall not longer borrow but lend (Deuteronomy 15:6) • Declare God’s favor and cover over families so as not to ever to fear the terror of the night nor the arrows of the day (Psalms 91:4-5) • Declare welfare and prosperity of our mother land Kenya (Jeremiah 29:7) • Declare divine blessings upon Kenya and its citizens (Psalm 33:12)

NATIONAL ECONOMY Ezekiel 34:26 , Leviticus 25:19, Isaiah 1:19 • Growth in Agro-business, Industrial sector, Tourism, etc • Physical rain to alleviate famine, malnourishment, loss of livestock and high cost of living. • More business ideas/job creation and food security in all counties • Open doors for international trade-Exports and imports. • Re opening closed local industries i.e Mumias sugar, Textile industires, etc.

DAY 16: TUE 24TH

NATIONAL LEADERSHIP Rulers to be a people after God’s heart (1 Samuel 13:14) • Pray that leaders will lead well. That they will have listening ears and soft hearts (Deuteronomy 17:19). • Pray for those in authority to be upright and blameless in leading our country. • Leaders will fear God and address poverty and justice issues (Job 2:3, Proverbs 11:3) • Pray against bloodthirsty men and oppressors (Proverbs 29:10, 13) • Pray that rulers will respect and honor their subjects (Philippians 2:3) • Pray for honest leaders: who shall judge everyone with righteous judgement; will not pervert justice, do not show partiality, do not take bribe, and shall follow justice (Deuteronomy 16:18-20) • Peaceful co-existent of various arms of government (Executive, Legislature and Judiciary) • Adherence to the rule of law • Cordial relationships with other nations regionally and globally.

PRAYERS FOR THE NATION OF KENYA Kenyans to walk in the light (1 John 1:7) • Godly family values; presence of fathers and mothers in parenting their children, children respecting their parents and elders, praying against foolishness in our off springs (Proverbs 17:21) • Reverence of God; praying against a heart that denies the existence of God • Pray for Kenyans to be patriotic and speak positively about the motherland • Biblical moral values to guard our society; praying against compromising values of life • Unity and love; praying against hatred among the people of Kenya, pray against tribalism, favoritism, and nepotism (Psalm 133) • Sanctity and reverence of human life; praying against feet that run to do evil and to shed innocent blood (Isaiah 59:7) • Justice and righteousness: Pray that righteousness and justice are founded in Kenya and that God’s steadfast love and faithfulness to be found in our society (Psalm 89:14)
